Through administration we direct, evaluate and manage the business operations, in order to achieve greater efficiency and yield productive results. Our team ensures adequate support is provided to work efficiently. This includes Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Grants Management Office.
Operations
Operations play an important role in the planning, coordination and control of all the resources needed to support the organization's internal and external stakeholders. The team is extremely zealous in creating the highest level of efficiency within the organization. The roles are: Fleet management, Facility management, Protocol, Operations Engineering, Security, Project Field Officers and Emergency Operation Center.
